Director of Housing and Employment, MBA AND CADC
Christina McCain is the Director of Housing and Employment. She is a native Illinoisan and has worked in the nonprofit community as a Case Manager, Counselor and Program Coordinator for last 9 years. Christina is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Chicago State University with a minor in Criminal Justice and a M.A. in Management & Leadership from Webster University. Christina developed a strong sense of devotion for the human services sector growing up in East St. Louis where condemned homes, abandoned commercial structures, and empty, overgrown lots tell the story of a place that has been called the most dangerous city in America. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits and human services professionals seek to improve the quality of life for individuals; one client at a time.
